To sign up for Online Banking, click the “Online Banking” link in the top, right-hand corner of this screen and follow the simple sign-up steps to take charge of your finances with FFCU home banking service.

Once you are set up for Online Banking, you can access it directly from the home page of our website.  Simply click on the ONLINE BANKING access box in the top right corner.

NOTE: You must be enrolled in Online Banking in order to use FFCU's Mobile Banking App. Once you download the app in your app store, sign in using the same username and password you used to access your accounts through FFCU's Online Banking service. Providing this level of accessibility is one more way Family First Credit Union makes managing your money much easier.


Mobile PhoneMOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT

Mobile Check Deposit is a convenient feature of the FFCU Mobile Banking App that makes it simple to quickly and securely deposit checks using your Apple® or Android™ device. You simply snap a photo of the front and back of your check and follow the on-screen instructions. With FFCU's Mobile Check Deposit service, you can electronically deposit checks from anywhere.

Follow these simple step-by-step instructions for FFCU Mobile Check Deposits

  1. Login to our Mobile App by searching “Family First Credit Union of GA” in your App Store.
  2. Choose Mobile Deposit from the drop down menu in the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Select the Account to receive the deposit.
  4. Enter the Amount of the check.
  5. Enter your email address.
  6. Endorse the back of your check - MUST INCLUDE:
    Write “For Mobile Deposit Only at Family First Credit Union” Member Number Member Signature
  7. Place check on dark background with good light. Flatten the check, ensure no corners are bent over, place the check on a flat dark, non-reflective and un-patterned surface with adequate light which does not cast a strong shadow on the check.

  8. Select Capture Front and align the check. You will notice a Red box appear around the check. Position the device so all four sides of the box turn Green. The check image will automatically be captured.

  9. Confirm the check was properly captured. You will be shown the check image. If the following are true then tap Yes Use, otherwise tap No Retake.
    • You must be able to read the Amount and the numbers along the bottom of check.
    • The check must be square with all the corners visible.
    • On the backside image, the endorsement must be visible.


  10. Repeat the capture process for the back side of the check, then select Deposit Check.

  11. To check the status of your deposit, go to Deposit History in the top right corner of your screen, you will see:
    • "Pending" - your deposit is awaiting approval
    • "Accepted" - your deposit has been accepted and funds are available
    • "Declined" - your deposit has been rejected. Call or visit a branch for assistance.
